Tony Young aka: Autoclav1.1 turned his hand to writing music late 2004. Since then he has had numerous successful releases, all of which have cemented Autoclav1.1 as one of the more prolific artists on the scene. Fusing huge orchestral compositions, and IDM with flashes of Industrial, Rock and modern Electronica, Autoclav1.1 has gained a reputation for pulling on the deepest of human emotions with a variety of melody, frequently torn apart by paranoid beatwork and broken rhythmical structures.

makeshift splint June 8th
'Makeshift Splint' is a remarkably more electronically inspired album that draws influence from a variety of genres. Trademark emotive pads are littered with 80's synth nuances and pop sensibilities, all wrapped up within touches of an IDM framework; and in a lot of respects culminate one of his most accessible releases in many a year, with key hooks along the way to sooth the pain and provide a brief respite from toil.
Werewolf Country
Autoclav1.1 returns with a new, darker, offering in Werewolf Country. Breaking away from, his signature format, Tony Young plunges Autoclav1.1 into the dark side and puts a heavy emphasis on developing his melodic soundscapes.
Ten.one.point.one fuses orchestral compositions and IDM with flashes of industrial, rock and modern electronica.

The Gates of Greenhead Park (vinyl) April 21st
Autoclav1.1 presents an album that offers light to the darkness that presented itself on that release; drawing on harmonies and sounds sculpted in his mind's eye, whilst making his brisk daily walk to work, through and past the local parkland where he resides.
